The Soaring Achievers Program provides personal, academic and professional support to Black, Latino/Hispancic and Native American males who are not enrolled in other university program during their first year of admission to the University of Maryland. The program encourages Achievers to engage in internships, research, study abroad and other activities at the university. The program provides resources to ensure the retention and graduation of Achievers at the University of Maryland.
